Dianne Tully is a successful real estate Broker working in the Peterborough and The Kawartha’s
community. Prior to making the change to Real Estate Dianne enjoyed many exciting years in the
hospitality industry in the Yorkville district in Toronto. After having her daughter Samantha, her heart
brought her home! Being raised in the area, her deep appreciation for the quality of life and enjoyment
of spending summers on the surrounding lakes hit home and  she knew this was the perfect place to raise her child.
Since joining the Bowes and Cocks Brokerage in 2001, she quickly rose to the Platinum Sales Level and
has consistently been one of their top performers. However it is not all about sales records to Dianne, she loves her job, she loves her clients and they love her!

Her clients are her first most priority – her motto is ‘Education is the key’… people need to understand the

She is dedicated to her clients, volunteers on board committees, spent years as a Director and is a Past President of the PKAR
Association, teaches technology courses, she freely shares her extensive knowledge and she is always willing to help out – her energy in the office and in the field is contagious!
